Breakfast offered a decent variety, with eggs, sausages, and rice, enough to get the day started. Staff assisted by bringing a chair when I checked in due to my medical condition. The room was clean and the air humidifier was a nice touch. However, the fitness room was often locked, which was a letdown. Also, the automated check-in machines weren't user-friendly for international bookings, causing delays. Overall, a solid choice for short stays with some things to improve.

The easy access to Chubu Airport made my early flight a breeze, and the air humidifier in the room was a sweet touch.

I was disappointed with the front desk service. They were inflexible regarding my wife's luggage, charging a fee for storing her bags while we dined at the airport. Additionally, I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to my early flight departure, which seemed unfair for an airport hotel.

We had an amazing time staying here with friends! The hotel is super close to the airport, making it easy to catch our flight. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and even had a nice view of the water. The staff was friendly and more than willing to help us with everything we needed.
